Our beans begin their journey with iconic, world-class farmers across Latin America, Africa, and Asia, producers whose expertise shapes the highest standards of specialty coffee. With SCA scores consistently above 80+, our coffees embody depth, integrity, and a rare capacity to evoke emotion.
We are privileged to collaborate with extraordinary figures such as Edwin Noreña and The Bayter Family, whose coffees are celebrated worldwide for their precision and innovation. Our collection also includes the revered Geisha - one of the most sought-after and valuable coffees in the world, a testament to our commitment to excellence and to sourcing coffees of truly exceptional character.
OUR ROASTERY
Inside the roastery, Probat machines and skilled hands work with quiet discipline. Through our proprietary OMNI roasting approach, each coffee unfolds naturally, whether enjoyed as an espresso, a refined filter, or the gentle ritual of a slow morning brew.
